Just like fun and joy bring on more fun and joy, frazzled freak outs beget more frazzled freak outs. It’s just how the universe works. Try creating space in your life for many mini-meditations throughout the day - this always helps me remember what my goal is (and to ignore the stress/negative thoughts that get in the way of it ;) ) With love!!
Remember, we live in a world of energy and abundance. There is not a finite amount of “success” to be shared, there’s more than enough in the universe for everyone. Being able to love, support and encourage everyone to reach their full potential is a universal win-win :)
